….to Dr. Leach’s office. We are a women’s health center that specializes in gynecology, gynecological surgery, urogynecology, and pelvic floor reconstruction. Dr. Leach has been a practicing physician in Columbia, TN for over 27 years. He no longer delivers babies and can therefore concentrate on the areas of women’s health that other physicians do not have the time nor energy to address. We believe that dedicating ourselves to specific problems allows you the greatest care and enables us to deliver the best possible outcomes, especially with respect to the more complex gynecological conditions.
In addition to routine well-woman care (yearly exams), we provide evaluation, education, treatment, and management for chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, abnormal pap smears, birth control, stress urinary incontinence, pelvic floor prolapse as well other women’s health issues. We also perform some diagnostic and minor surgical procedures in our office. We have the added convenience of an ultrasound tech on site 2 days each week and all of our ultrasounds are reviewed by a board certified radiologist. We feel secure that we are providing our patients the best quality care.
